"I assume it will be colorful since it is supposed to attract attention. It will probably have images of various activities they will offer," said Mulcahy.

CMLC has been created to be a tutoring learning center that will work to increase people's educational goals and provide cultural activities, said Mulcahy.

CMLC's tentative mission statement states that they have "the intention of providing individuals of all ages the opportunity to further develop both personal and professional skills. The resource center also offers citizens a place to both teach, and be taught a variety of subjects in a relaxed atmosphere. Most importantly, CMLC is a grassroots effort by the local community to address the educational challenges that our country faces today. We are creating a new, exciting, fresh, alternative space to gather, learn and promote all aspects of a good education."

CMLC is also looking for volunteers who can teach, either how to use computers or about poetry and art, said Mulcahy.

The bus will drive to different cities and schools to offer cultural and educational activities.

They are hoping to get on a regular schedule so that people can know when and where it will be, Mulcahy said.

"It's going to be a very open resource for learning and exploring new ideas," she added.
