Tiger Woods is golf

This Thursday, golfers from around the world will compete in the World Series of golf tournament, the Masters.
There are plenty of stories to go along with the event. Who will win for one, but the most intriguing aspect of it is if Eldrick Tiger Woods can claim another Masters' title.
So far Woods has won 13 majors which include four wins at the Masters. This year he may be more likely to win than ever before.
Woods comes into this year's Masters in better shape than ever before and he has already won nearly three million dollars.
Will anybody challenge him for the title of best golfer in the world?
The answer to that question is a definite "no."
Tiger has transcended not only other golfers but the game of golf itself. Tiger is golf. Just imagine for a minute what the Masters would be like if there was no Tiger Woods.
Chances are I would not be writing about it.
My prediction is Tiger Woods will win again and in convincing fashion. He will win by at least two or three strokes ahead of the field.
I am also interested to see what some of the local talent can do. Former Vanderbilt standout Brandt Snedeker will be competing too. Last year, Snedeker won the Professional Golf Association's Rookie of The Year title. This will be Snedeker's second time at the Masters.
It will also be interesting to see how some other notable names will fare in the tournament. Maybe there will be another collapse from Phil Mickelson, or maybe Woody Austin will fall in a water hazard. Both of which would be very entertaining.
But as stated earlier Tiger Woods is the real story. He is the greatest golfer in the history of the game and we should all feel privileged that we get to watch.
He's not only the best golfer but probably the best there has ever been in any sport.
If the world golf rankings were truly spot on, then Woods would not only be the number one ranked golfer, but he would also be number two and number three.
The difference between Woods and the next best golfer is far greater than the difference between Kobe Bryant and the next best basketball player.
Tiger Woods is in his prime right now, don't you dare miss out on this year's Masters.
